The Parse AI co-founders realized these critical issues would continue to impact an aging industry unless a capable tool was created to address these problems. Sitting on the deck in Central Texas, dining over a shared plate of BBQ and banana pudding, the Parse AI co-founders began strategizing on creating an innovative solution to modernize the title research industry.

The team leveraged their expertise and relationships with world class developers to create a platform capable of meeting the needs of their peers. Several months later, the creation of the Parse AI platform was born.
